Data collected & purpose of collection

A. When you checkout we collect name and address, telephone, email address. This provides us with default details for your order processing and sets up security (so viewing of your account details, order history is password protected).

B. To help you choose the right product to suit your purpose or business we ask you to make selections and choices.

C. When you place an order we collect order details, invoicing address, shipping address to process and fulfil your order. Order details are retained for 30 Days and then removed from our system. We do not retain any payment details as these are handled by Paypal, Worldpay, Clearpay, Laybuy or Klarna  for more information on this please visit the payment terminal Privacy Policy.

D. When you enter credit card details you are in communication over a secure link. They retain details of the credit card transaction. You must enter the details for each purchase for security reasons.

E. You are entitled to ask for a copy of the information held about you at any time by contacting us.

F. You consent to us (and our representatives) disclosing information to third parties: (i) if we are under a duty to disclose or share your information in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use and any other contract entered into with us, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, ourselves or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction; and (ii) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Site.
